How we handle your data.
A short and plain statement of what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Last updated April 2026.
Who we are.
This site is operated by OwnMentor Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. NoLimits is a division and trading name of OwnMentor Limited. The data controller for any personal data submitted through this site is OwnMentor Limited, contactable at info@nolimitsasia.com.
What we collect.
We collect personal data in two situations. First, when you send us a message through the contact form or by emailing us directly, we receive the name, email address, company (if you provide it) and message content you send. Second, our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs that include IP addresses and request timestamps, used for security and operational purposes only.
We do not use analytics cookies on this site. We do not run advertising, tracking pixels or third-party marketing scripts.
Why we collect it.
The information you send us is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if a working relationship follows, to deliver the work you have commissioned. We do not use the information for marketing without your explicit agreement.
Where it lives.
Email correspondence is hosted with Fastmail. The website itself is hosted with DreamHost. Both are reputable providers with their own published privacy practices. We do not transfer your data to any other third parties for processing.
How long we keep it.
Email correspondence is retained for as long as the working relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to seven years to meet UK accounting and tax record-keeping requirements). If you would prefer your correspondence deleted at any point, email us and we will action it.
Your rights.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to ask us to delete it, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@nolimitsasia.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, although we would always prefer the chance to address any concerns directly first.
Changes to this notice.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Substantial changes will be flagged to anyone we are in active correspondence with.
