MARTIN CROPPER

Martin is an experienced Leader and CEO who works with Executives and their teams across wide-ranging multi-national organisations, shaping best in class leadership, talent, vision and strategy. Martin’s passion and energy is in transforming learning to transform lives. He inspires and challenges people to discover new thinking and innovative approaches. His generous ability to inspire learning, motivates leaders and teams to create the mind-set and behavioural changes required to achieve results.
 
With over 25 years corporate experience, Martin leads NoLimits which was founded in 2006 and has created an extensive team of training and coaching consultants in Asia. With his background as a former CFO in American Express, a Management Consultant for Prime Strategy and a Finance Director for Diageo PLC, he combines Leadership and Organisational Development strategies to create top performing teams and organisations.
 
He has designed and delivered Leadership Development Programmes across Asia, leading or partnering internally to achieve best practice people development for well over 3,000 leaders. He is known for implementing change management capability with senior leadership teams and coaching leadership team development to transform business models and drive innovation. He also facilitates teams in constructive challenging feedback processes to create high trust, high performance and deliver exceptional business results.
 
Martin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (FCMA), a NoLimits Executive Coach, a Master Practitioner in NLP, licence holder and certified trainer in Extended DISC in Asia and holds a degree in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Sussex, England.
 
 
JANET CROPPER

With over 20 years corporate experience, Janet’s passion lies in motivating people to make their best decisions in business, career and life. Janet enjoys facilitating and brainstorming ideas, shaping actions for individuals and teams and equipping them to have the confidence to go the extra mile.

Janet’s fascination with personal and professional growth has spanned her career, education and life. She has extensive experience in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Training, Career Management and Human Resources. Known for her ability to connect and empathise with people, Janet has been complimented for her understanding and identifying the root cause of the needs of her clients, for being a true subject matter expert and delivering tailored, relevant and impactful learning and coaching programmes that aid individuals and teams to achieve better results. Janet’s coaching skills have been described as transformational and she has helped many individuals turn around their thinking and approach to bring out the best in themselves.
 
Prior to setting up NoLimits, Janet worked for DBM, a global Career Management Consultancy as a Trainer and Career Management Consultant for 5 years in Hong Kong and Singapore. She also worked in Central London in Human Resources for 10 years at Diageo, the world’s leading premium drinks business. In her professional experience of recruitment, selection and talent development, Janet has focused on the components of personal development that transform individuals to become high performers. Her research has led her to learn about and develop in key areas of personal and leadership growth, including interpersonal skills development, voice, image and impact.

Janet holds an MSc in Training and Performance Management. She is a qualified coach through Corporate Coach U and Coach House Asia and is an International Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). She is a qualified psychometric assessor and uses leading personality profiling tools, including, MBTI®, Extended Disc, FIRO-B® and OPQ tools. Janet is a chartered member of the UK’s Institute of Personnel Management and Development, having gained a distinction in her finals. She holds a degree in European Business Studies with German and has trained in image consultancy, voice and acting skills and acted in various amateur performances from Greek comedies and Shakespeare to modern day plays. As well as being an avid reader of leadership development, she has researched and written extensively on personal development and organisational success.
 
 
SOK LENG TAY
General Manager and Executive Coach 
 
Sok Leng is an experienced finance leader, a CFO and coach. Her passion is in coaching and developing high performance individuals and teams as well as analysing and discovering financial and learning solutions for corporate organisations. Sok Leng has been instrumental in designing and implementing many Asia wide leadership development solutions, building on her real world experience as an inspirational leader.
 
Sok Leng brings a wealth of experience with over 15 years in the financial services industry and has extensive experience in mentoring and developing people and teams in many leadership roles in global corporate organisations. She has a proven track record in building solid financial processes to protect the interests of the shareholders and is successful in building strong relationships with both internal and external customers that create trust and respect. She has always developed strong teams that become known for delivering on their promise.
 
Prior to joining NoLimits, Sok Leng was the Regional CFO for American Express in Japan/Asia Pacific/Australia. In this role, Sok Leng was a key member of the executive leadership team and provided extensive financial advice on the business strategies, new business opportunities, and major projects and third party alliances. She and her team were also responsible for the management reporting, planning and forecasting and investment optimisation for the business. Prior to this role, Sok Leng was the Cash Management and Funding Manager for American Express in Japan/Asia Pacific/Australia where she and her team were responsible for the management of a funding portfolio of US$4 billion.
 
Sok Leng holds a Bachelor of Business (Financial Analysis), Second Class Honours, Upper Division, degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a Diploma with Merit in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. She is also a certified practitioner of Extended DISC and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a certified Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) Business Practitioner and a Results Trained Coach.
 

 
AUGUSTINE TAN
Executive Coach and Professional Facilitator
 
Augustine is an engaging and passionate facilitator, executive and career coach, and seminar speaker with more than 20 years of management and coaching experiences that spans across public service, statutory boards, private corporations and MNCs, and across different industries and levels in organisations.
 
For more than 14 years, in line with his life mission of making a positive difference, Augustine has channelled his energy to engage and equip professionals to become effective in their workplace and personal lives, making a positive impact on them through engaging, experiential training workshops and inspiring life changing coaching sessions. Augustine is particularly passionate in the areas of Emotional Intelligence and Personal Effectiveness, People-centre Management, Team Leadership and Development, Executive and Career Coaching, Effective Stress Management and Career Transition & Management.
 
Augustine holds a Masters of Arts, and BSc (Magna Cum Laude) from Columbia International University, USA. JOYCE BILLINGTON
Senior Consultant
 
Joyce is passionate about people managers taking responsibility to engage their teams to achieve the maximum benefit for all stakeholders. With an in depth understanding of the impact of process change on people, she brings many insights and practical solutions to improving organisational climate and performance.

Joyce brings a wealth of experience with over 17 years in the Telecommunications industry. As Head of Organisational Learning and Development for Concert (The British Telecom AT&T Joint Venture) she has worked with teams from front line to senior leader level to drive process and cultural change programmes across a variety of functional units, including Sales, Customer Service, and Operations.

Joyce was involved in the design and implementation of a multimillion dollar Leadership Programme for British Telecom that educated people managers in the core values of the business and how to engage their teams more effectively. Due to the geographical reach of the business, this involved working with a complex matrix of nationalities, cultures and backgrounds. The programme was successfully delivered over an 18 month period against a background of downsizing and restructuring within the business.

Joyce is proud of the work she has done within the Customer Service arena, particularly in helping to drive through the “culture vision” of the Business Team for Global Banking at BT. Joyce’s role was to establish how teams viewed their work climate and recommend and implement solutions to close the gap between actual and desired cultures. “For the first time, I saw people happy in their work and performing close to the best of their ability, instead of teams who were dissatisfied and unhappy with their work atmosphere.”

Joyce believes in helping people become the best they can be, by treating them as individuals and giving them a common goal. She carries this philosophy through to her charity work for Sok Sabay, a children’s refuge in Cambodia.
 
 
CHRISTINE DALY
Senior Consultant
Christine is an experienced leader of large teams, with a passion for motivating people to drive results. With more than 19 years’ experience in Financial Services and extensive experience in leading and training large teams, Christine brings a refreshing practical business approach to the learning and development arena.

Most recently, Christine led Business Development for American Express' Customer Service International. Prior to this Christine was the Head of American Express Operations for more than 5 years. She brings strong relationship skills developed through her past experience as a Vice President for Citibank, NA, Singapore's Private Banking Group. Having held Executive positions in the Private Banking and Credit Card industries, Christine brings a passion for leading and motivating individuals to maximize their potential. With extensive work experience in Asia, Australia, Europe and the US, Christine brings a global perspective and awareness to the learning and development environment.

Christine holds a Masters of Business Administration from New York University, New York, USA, and a Bachelors of Science in Finance and International Business from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA.

Christine is the founding member and President of the American Express' Singapore chapter of the Women's Interest Network. She is a mother of two young children and enjoys running, golf and water skiing.

SALLY DELLOW

Senior Consultant and Executive Coach

Sally is an outstanding facilitator, executive coach and a professional role-player for corporate management and leadership assessment. Sally’s focus areas are communication, creativity and innovation, diversity and cross-cultural competency and interpersonal skill development.
Sally works with both corporate and private executive clients, coaching individuals of many nationalities and personalities. Her clients work predominantly in accountancy, banking, finance and law. Sally’s coaching provides executives with approaches and tools for understanding and managing themselves, their colleagues, competitors and corporate partners. Addressing differing cultural norms, modes of communication, expectations and preferred/accepted behaviours, her work with clients translates into more insightful behaviour choices and more successful management and leadership relationships.
Sally is accustomed to working with a range of well-respected measurement tools and strategies. Where appropriate, she leverages her creative background as a professional actor, playwright and poet to help clients. She may draws on visual stimuli, roleplay, realplay and creative thinking strategies. These right-brain approaches can be the ‘grit in the oyster’ and result in ‘pearls of wisdom’ for her coaching clients by offering fresh perspectives on old problems and opening up a wider range of possibilities in challenging situations.
Sally is a graduate of Coach U and a professional member of the International Coach Federation, the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches and the Hong Kong International Coaching Community. She holds a certification in Relationship Skills (St John’s Counselling Service, Hong Kong) and is a registered Art Guidance Coach. Sally also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from King’s College, University of London, UK (1987). She grew up internationally, and has worked in Asia for 20 years. 
 
VANESSA LEE
Senior Consultant and Executive Coach
 
Vanessa is a Corporate Trainer and Executive Coach with over 15 years Asia wide experience, working with senior executives of diverse cultures and industry backgrounds in over 13 countries. She is an engaging facilitator who has high levels of energy and passion, connecting with participants to leverage their full learning experiences. Her extensive in-house corporate experience as Senior Executive of Talent and Development in different industries, focusing on implementing global people-development strategies across Asia, makes her delivery business relevant and practical to all participants and coachees.
 
Vanessa specializes in many leadership development programs, including Situational Leadership® II, Performance Management, Coaching & Feedback, Emotional Intelligence, Communication Skills and Diversity Training. She is trilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin and English and travels frequently throughout Asia designing and implementing training solutions for her multinational corporate organisations.
 
Vanessa has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Chinese University in Hong Kong and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Hull in the UK. She has professional qualifications in Executive Coaching, Talent Development, and psychometric assessment tools such as MBTI®, FIRO-B®, OPQ, 360-degree assessment and EQ assessment.
 
In Vanessa’s spare time, her passion is participating in volunteer activities that support minorities such as new immigrants and female students in developing countries.

Jane is a Career and Life Coach, Trainer and Facilitator and manages NoLimits in Sydney Australia. Over the past 15 years Jane has specialised in Personal and Professional Coaching with a strong focus on Career Management and Transition Coaching. She also has over 15 years’ experience in the Public Relations, Education, Airline, Health & Fitness and Entertainment industries in Australia, Singapore, London and Hong Kong. 

Jane is a well-respected coach and facilitator, passionate about empowering individuals to reach their life goals. Known to possess compassion, humour, the ability to inspire, motivate and create an atmosphere of trust, Jane takes you on a journey of self-discovery to make your personal or professional dreams and goals a reality. Jane has worked with groups and individuals to facilitate change and enjoys this as a means to empower people to find their own solutions. 

Jane is a Coach U Certified Coach, Certified NLP Business Practitioner, Certified Image Consultant through The Australian Image Company and DBM Certified Retirement Success Coach. JON POUNDER

Managing Director, Executive Coach and Facilitator
 
Jon is an experienced CEO with an international record of achievement in developing profitable business, through key relationship management, strategic marketing and high level negotiation. 
 
His experience has been gained leading major corporations in various overseas territories during the last 20 years while successfully running operations in over 50 countries. His focus is leading organisation wide strategy implementation and change management initiatives. Jon is also an outstanding C-suite coach and facilitator.
 
In addition to leading several Asia based consulting organisations, Jon is also the former regional head of Asia for Thomas Cook Group and managed the Group’s travel and travel related businesses in 19 countries with a total staff of 300 and responsible for total turnover of US$5 Billion. As well as his 20+ years in the travel industry Jon also led R J Reynolds Tobacco business in East and Central Africa. Jon somehow manages to successfully divide his time between the office in Jakarta, travelling around the region and finding the time to relax at his home in the wonderful haven of Bali, Indonesia.
 
 
INA KATILI
Leadership Facilitator and Executive Coach
 
Ina focusses on implementing senior leadership development programmes throughout the region. Her experience of developing leaders combined with her fluency facilitating in English and Bahasa Indonesia has enabled her to help many regional and international conglomerates operating in ASEAN achieve dramatic acceleration of their local leadership capabilities.
 
Prior to this as an associate for McKinsey & Company she worked as an Executive Coach to Senior Executives of a major Indonesian Organization. These Executives were participating in a Senior Leadership Program and her role was to partner with them to develop behaviours and competencies that supported them in winning in their professional and personal goals.
 
Ina has been working one on one with approximately 150 Senior Executives in this manner over the past 3 years.   During this time, the executives she has supported have made sustainable behaviour changes and their line managers have seen measurable results. Ina worked for a leading personal development organization in Jakarta from 1998 to 2005 in several senior management roles.  She led the organization’s sales and marketing team and was responsible for the training of volunteers, public marketing events and formulating/executing the strategy of the business in Indonesia. During her tenure, Ina began coaching participants of the Leadership Program for a regional industrial conglomerate. She later became the coordinator of other coaches and the overall program.  Ina interned, qualified and became proficient at the facilitation of all the organization’s Leadership Programs.  In this role, she has facilitated high-level, experiential learning processes for groups between 20 and 70 people in both Indonesian Bahasa and English.
 
Ina’s other facilitation roles included the training and orientation of volunteers.  In addition, she facilitated high-level marketing events and large-scale group processes that facilitated individuals exploring possibilities that led to declarative choices.

GORDON SUTTON

Senior Executive Coach and Facilitator
 
Gordon has now been a practicing facilitator and executive coach for the last 12 years currently based in Kuala Lumpur but carrying out coaching contracts with clients across North and South East Asia.
 
His facilitation is usually in a Leadership and/or team development context. He has worked with a range of executives from middle management to board level from a variety of different industries usually focusing on personal development for peak performance. Gordon combines understanding of behaviour in a Leadership role with a keen grasp of organizational and operational challenges and systems from his own personal experience. He has also discovered a wide range of issues executives face, this coming from his experience of working in partnership with senior executives.
 
He uses a combination of coaching models dependant on the requirements of the client. These include performance based, behavioural and developmental coaching which can combine both transformational and transactional strategies for sustainable improvement and development for the individual.
 
Prior to being an Executive Coach and Trainer, Gordon has over 15 years experience working in a sales and management role for a multi-national  in the areas of construction and specialist product sales in a variety of locations around the world. He also played a key role in setting up and developing new country markets for the organization in Malaysia, Dubai and Australia.
 
Gordon currently lives in Kuala Lumpur with his wife Lina and three boys Arthur, Ernest and William. When not working Gordon likes to spend time with his family and still plays competitive football in a local KL league.

Ragil trained as Clinical Psychologist and has an in-depth psychological and business-focused perspective on leadership development and works with a variety of tools and models to find the most relevant solutions for each client.  He is developing a new way of working with personal growth and development, which harnesses archetypal thinking and the most recent research on happiness and well-being.
 
In the corporate sector, Ragil held several senior roles at Old Mutual Plc in Talent Management, Recruitment and Assessment in the United States, United Kingdom and South Africa. Employed by the Old Mutual Group for a decade, he has run psychometric assessment and recruitment teams in South Africa, headed Learning and Development for the group’s US Asset Management business which spanned 20 affiliate fund managers across the US, and led Talent Management in South Africa and globally from the UK.
 
Ragil is Sri Lankan by birth, attended school in Zambia and South Africa and became a South African citizen. He has worked in a variety of roles in several countries across continents and has travelled widely to satisfy his interest in culture arts. Since 2011 he has been based in Bangkok, Thailand, enjoying the excellent food and the Buddhist approach to life

DIPTHI AMBARDAR, ACA

Dipthi Ambardar is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years’ experience in global leadership roles with major multinationals including Modi Xerox and American Express.  Leveraging her rich corporate work experience in finance and financial services, Dipthi is now pursuing her passion to build and enhance talent through leadership training and development, coaching and capability consulting.
 
Dipthi has extensive people leadership and communication skills with a strong focus on building talent. She has worked with multi-cultural teams across the globe. With a unique combination of finance, business process operations and leadership experience, she brings immense value to leadership development in global and domestic organisations.   
 
Dipthi is a certified Executive Coach with Results Coaching Systems (Franklin Covey) and a qualified MBTI practitioner. She facilitates leadership development programs for a global investment bank operating in India and has worked with RvaluE to transition finance processes to a captive unit for Volvo- Eicher as well as developing a complete talent enhancement framework for Good Hope, Singapore for their captive Financial Centre at Colombo. She has conducted MBTI workshops and a series of strategic leadership programs for 4 Minute Mile -a startup in India that manages marketing alliances for Samsung, Vodafone, Club Mahindra among others, as well as coached mid-level managers in Quattro.
 
Dipthi’s association with training and employee engagement programs was developed in her tenure at American Express. Dipthi was the Regional Finance Controller for Consumer Card Business in American Express and worked on new business opportunities, products and co-brand deals as well as ensured financial integrity of the $18Bn balance sheet for the Consumer Business. Over and above her functional responsibilities, she honed her leadership skills through a combination of workshops and leadership development programs (like Situational Leadership, Authentic Leadership, Six Thinking Hats and Leadership Through Quality), Communication Skills workshops (like Business Communication, Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions Model and Communicating Feedback), Career-oriented programs (like Build on Your Abilities and Coaching for Success) and applying proven psychometric tools (DISC & MBTI). 
 
As a senior leader at American Express, Dipthi conducted functional and behavioral programs across levels and across Asia. These include Management Reporting for New Hires at the Financial Centre, led STEP (Structured Talent Enhancement Program) for Assistant Managers, designed and rolled out the Toast Masters Club in Global Accounting and JEP (Job Enrichment Program) for Managers in Controllership, besides mentoring/coaching Senior Finance Managers.
